• Once we feel that we have a good grasp of the problem in hand, we will spend some time thinking of the best solution for your requirements. We will use all our experience and expertise to come up with the perfect software solution for the problem in hand. We understand that every business is unique and hence every solution needs to be unique in order to fit the requirements perfectly.
• Once you are happy with the solution proposed, work will begin. You will be involved in the process as much or as little as you would like to. We like when the customer is involved and is able to shape the final solution as much as possible, but we will understand if you are busy. We will make a demo version available at all times for you to see the progress as it happens and make any comments you wish.
• Once the solution is finished, we will do an official test run to ensure quality and that it is fit for the purpose it was developed. If it is not fit for purpose, then we will not rest until it is.
• Once the final solution is accepted, we will publish it to the live environment. We can host the solution for you and offer an ongoing software support agreement or you can take the final solution of our hands and support it yourself.

You will own all the Intellectual Property Rights of the final solution and there will be no additional fees to pay.
